Has the format you see changed in the last 2 days or is something different on my computer?...not complaining just making sure that i have not done something

Hi Barry - yes if the background is lighter with black text then you are viewing the new style called absolution (see attachment of screenshot)-I thought that I had made it the default last week but turns out only new members could see it. I was able to make the change globally last night. I am working on making it so members will be able to choose which they prefer

I made this change because a majority of members preferred a lighter background with black text.

Just curious which one do you prefer?

The new style is great.

One thing I'm missing is the 'activ topics' shortcut.
There you got a list of the last few topics discussed.

Glad you like the new style - to "View New Post" hover over "Search" (above Mountain Boss Hoss ad) several options will appear - "view new posts" is 4th in list.

The "user control panel" option can be found by hovering over your name. Keep the suggestions coming.

If I was to pick I would say I liked the other...this one is different for sure but definitely I can't say there is anything wrong with it..thanks for asking and also answering the question I posed

Now....back to our white-out blizzard and up to a foot of snow...no riding today

Barry - Bill will be making a change soon that will allow users to choose their board style in their user control panel/board preferences.Currently it is locked on this style (absolution), but in a few hours and it should be there. So depending on your mood, weather,etc you can have a black or white background

A mass e-mail will be sent as soon as he makes the change. There will also be a post with a poll to see what style is preferred.

Thanks for the suggestions - keep them coming (keeps Bill out of trouble)

To Change back to Code Blackbird
Hover over your name
Click User Control Panel
Click Board Preferences
Board Style: click down arrow to select Code Blackbird
Click Submit at bottom of page

I like the white backround with the black letters the best. For me its easier to read.
