Especially since I have been working in the leatherbusiness (tanning) for many years. I have never met a cow that has been slaughtered for the hide. Without the tanning industry the meat packers would have a incredible expensive stinking waste problem..........

A few years ago I heard about a group of unarmed animal activist trying to disrupt a group of armed hunters while they were deer hunting . I don't recall the outcome but who would be stupid enough to go to a potential gun fight without a gun .
