Mid Life Crisis!

Hi to all,
as the title suggest I'm now at a time in life where I need to get a Boss Hoss so I've decided to trade in my original 2004 Rocket 3 and get the beast of all beasts
The deal isn't done yet but I'll be doing a serious hunt around the UK in a month or so.
I'm keeping my new Triumph Trophy SE as that's a good bike for European touring but the Hoss will be purely for sheer grunt & fun around the UK.
I hope to strike a deal soon and will post pics when the dirty deed is done :england:

Hi RocketSteve,

Welcome to the mad world that is Boss Hoss. The very best thing to solve a mid-life crisis. Had mine 3 years now and loved every minute. A totally unique and adrenalin surging toy.

Great to see another Hosser in the UK on the road I've only seen 1 other in 10 years! but know a couple of cool V8 chopper guys.

If you need any advice I'm happy to supply and any help you need regarding maintenenance I'm only an email away.

Also we aren't that far apart we'll need to meet up in 2017. :england:

Welcome Steve. You won't regret it. I too had a Rocket which I loved, but nothing like my 502 Hoss. Best of luck. :-)

Thank you for the welcome folks, I hope to be an active member here and can't wait to get the big bruiser :D
I'll need some helpful guidance Gordon ~ if possible as the last BH I noticed was on a French Autoroute hard shoulder [other carriageway] many years ago and did worry me at the time... Might have see one at Poole Bike night but that was a while ago too.
Any good hint & tips to help with the search will be really welcome, can you advise which UK dealer to start the search with...?
When I've found my way round the Forum I'll probably start PM'ing you
Happy Days :england:

To the best of my knowledge, there are no dealers in the UK. There are 2 in Germany.

One on the West coast ( Banner on Top Right of this page )

and the other in Bavaria.
https://www.facebook.com/BossHoss-Bavar ... 764464572/

One in Denmark ( well stocked by the way )
Boss Hoss Cycles of Denmark (Glenn Mollerskov)
Hovej 57 (Hoevej)
8200 Aarhus, Denmark NA
Phone: +45 40 18 5040
www.bosshosscycles.dk
info@bosshosscycles.dk

Hope this is helpful :)

Spot on Dennis!

The UK Hossers do it themselves, so to speak.

There is a UK BossHoss site that looks intitially like a distributor but it has been inactive for some years.

Denmark does see to have the biggest stock.

Thanks for the heads-up Petitemoose & Ventury.
Gordon has kindly offered to help me get the dream bike and I'll be following his guidance - to the letter! :D
Looks like it's going to be an import from USA or Canada and hope to get 2008 model or thereabouts.
All I need is for the bike to be checked out by someone recommended who's familiar with BH SB across the pond...
Ideally I'd like as close to stock/standard as possible but I imagine finding hens teeth would be easier, Ha!
Ever onwards & upwards 8-)

When you find a potential bike .. Post up here. Chances are the history of the bike will be known and if not, Somebody will be close by to take a look at it for you.

Getting these Monsters is NEVER easy. Just kinda goes with the territory I guess. Luckily, this isn't your first "Rodeo"

Gordon,

Proving challenging for the shipping..harder than last time when Campbell from Scotland bought a bike from us...
