I´m making a little "make over" to my bike, and the biggest change is a "new" Ram Air tank.(Olaf is my idol,so i want a Ram Air tank too! hahaha! )

I put some pics so You can say Your professional opinion of which one looks/is going to look better!

Looks great, I think the I prefer the new tank. Although the one on the bike now looks more complicated to build and unique. So you can just switch back and forth when ever you get bored.

I dont know..it always bothered me that most of the ram-air tanks dont really do anything other than look like they are ramming. Particularly the ones mounted behind a windvest . I like the KP Kannon 502 tank myself and would be pissed off if he decided to change it over to the ram design instead of sending it to me to play with.

Kimi, I do like the new tank way better...not only because of the ram air hood, it's more the shape of it what i like better. I think the tank you have on your Kannon is a beautiful piece of work, really - but the shape fit's more to a sport bike than to a chopper/cruiser. Just my 2 Euro Cents...

Kimi, I love it!!! What color do you choose? Black? Or black with black flames? Or black with black scalopes? Black with black background? Or plain black? Or dull black? It doesn't matter what color...............as long as it's black :-)))))))))))))

Hehehe.....good saying! That must be truth...hahahaha...I thought more than one time to paint the bike dark yellow...but as soon as the day of decision is present, I choose black paint...hahahaha...too cool "Once you go black, you never go back"...hahaha...have to memorize this if someone is asking

Ramona said one evening when I told her I want to paint the new bike yellow "Olaf, wake up...that doesn't match to you.....yeeeellloooowwww....."

Olaf

This is exquisite work and detail.
May I ask the stupid question which so bothers me
at gas stations, but,
How much fuel will it now hold? In gallons, please!
very nice, can't see the whole bike, but what I can see
is way coolsville.

good question BJ...i see where you coming from. I asked Rad the same question a few years ago but the blower bikes were made well before his time. I think theres only 1 man that can answer that question and hopefully I have the state of mind to ask him next time i see him so as WM says I says...watch this space.

This looks a lot different than it did with the other tank and valve covers. I had to go back and look again.
Very nice work, and I'm sure that you're happy with it.
I would like to see a photo of the whole bike in better light.
These are the Moroso valve covers we talked about?
Not to be a smart ass, but from my view, I would polish them more, at least the tops, or maybe the way the photos are dark, they shine better in the light? Just a thought, as I thought that for that much money, they would send them polished to a gleam.
No matter, the rest of the bike shines for them!
Just in time for Summer riding!
Nice work,
John

Hello Kimi,
a very very beautiful Bike. Like Big John already says everything made itself.
Exactly as with me, if you make everything fulfill you this with pride.
I can carry out according to.
Do you come with the Bike to Pullman city? I can hardly see it to expect live.
See you in 2 weeks.

Yep a good job KP but I miss the old streetfighter now. :( Ulli, dont expect to see Kimis bike in PC unless you go look in his trailer. Finlanders dont dont MX their machines on that main street gravel shit

Look forward to lots of pics guys!

Hello WM,

you saw my pictures nevertheless.
The tank was stretch coated, a new larger custom work dashcover, rims black powders,
color dark violet with red highlights and all the best...
a new Holley 4150 performance carburetor with 750 cfm.
