Recommended Alternator for ZZ4?

I've been searching older posts but can't find a specific part number for a replacement chrome (single wire) alternator on a 2001 ZZ4 Boss Hoss.

Any specific recommendations from first-hand experience and/or a parts list stashed away, or do I need to hit the internet and dig around the old fashioned way? Either works for me. Just figured it might be quicker here.

Are these 80 amp alternators?

Will the body of my existing alternator likely have cast/etched numbers I can cross-reference?

Thank you.

I've got the first one (not the powermaster).
2 month ago they had a production delay so I ordered the same at Jegs:

Mine's a ribbed one - not a V belt, any part numbers out there?

If you just need to rebuild your alternator use this kit: https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/pwm-912. I used it to rebuild mine and it worked great. Adrian recommended it to me.

Another lesson in throwing big money at a small problem....

When I removed the wire from the back of the alternator I discovered the copper strands were broken off inside the insulation just behind the terminal. A short heat-shrink sleeve was holding everything together, which is why I didn't discover it a week ago when I checked to see if the connector was loose. All I felt was a snug wire. All I saw was a complete wire with terminal intact. Had no idea what was going on inside there: age and metal fatigue.

Aside from humiliating lessons like this one in troubleshooting and repair that make The Mindless Philosopher a tad less mindless and a bit more experienced. Another valuable lesson I have learned is that I can never go wrong with having extra parts for this pig. Time to store the replacement alternator for that inevitable "rainy day."

I run a 140amp Summit Alternator as I run a lot of lights and stuff. 100amp is plenty. I also put the serpentine kit from the factory and the upgraded bracket as back in the day we had bracket issues. There is an alt shop in town that will do a recondition for $99, but havent done that for several years.
