I know its a little late in the project to bring it up ... Is that a 2" final drive belt?
The bike looks unbelievably amazing! Like the rest of the world, I can't wait to hear it explode to life

WOW , Very Cool !! I was wondering , what did you find wrong with the fuel pressure issue and it not firing up that first time? I ask because mine should be seeing its first fire in a couple weeks and I'd like it start on the first kick. Good luck next week on the dyno !!

Nothing was wrong, spoke with Kinsler Injection tech who informed me that is by design, fuel pressure goes flat once fuel pump stops. Hmmm

Heading back to Louisiana in the morning, Berzerker not dyno tuned due to problems.

Took all day Monday to sort ignition, spark was occasional. Turns out that due to tall deck raised cam, made cam sensor signal fall outside of normal window range so EFI didn't recognize signal; FAST sent us a special software update that fixed my shit.

Next problem ultimately turned out to be one or more injectors hung open, damn fuel literally pouring out of throttle body.
The injectors are located on the inside side of the runners so will have the split the frame and remove the intake manifold. Fucking hell.

I'll return to Lake Havasu in 6 weeks to get that sorted.

Ricky -

That really blows ... I was checking in hoping to see video of your tuning session. Sounds like you already are on the road to resolution ... good luck.

That really sucks and I'm sorry to read this. I'm curious about their statment of "by design the pressure drops to zero." I've read that "when the pump is turned off or stops running, the system should hold residual pressure for several minutes (look up the specs to see how much pressure drop is allowed over a given period of time). If pressure drops quickly, the vehicle may have a leaky fuel line, a leaky fuel pump check valve, a leaky fuel pressure regulator or one or more leaky fuel injectors." They suggest less than 2psi for each 5 second period. I'm no expert and EFI is new for me ,but I'm gonna do more searching. That seems to make sense. I'd like to test my Holly Terminator and see what it does. Soon I hope. Good luck and don't scratch that awsum paint !! :hmmmm:

I am on the wrong track about the pressure. I got info from Holly today about my system. "Our system does not hold pressure in the lines as there are no check valves in place. However the prime cycle at initial key on is more than enough to pressure the rails and injectors so its not having to wait for fuel to be drawn up".

Heading back to Arizona Saturday morning to complete Berzerker. The injectors issue will be sorted by the time I arrive Monday morning, so have to reassemble and get it ready for the dyno.
I am sooo bloody stoked about finally finishing this MF and hope no more issues arise, able to finally enjoy and lay down some rubber!
Video and pics coming, probably Thursday or Friday.

I'm running a 265 Nitto drag radial on Marv's custom wheel. It hooks-up!! A real arm stretcher.
