I can see that cutting off 6 inches from the Beard was now a Mistake! I guess I will have a few months to gain some back.
As far as training ... Why study for a PoP test!?!? I assume the same rules apply as when we go to Mexico "fishing" NO brakes allowed day 1. Go until you hit the wall and collapse. My best (almost memorable ) trip to mexico I was drunk from the time I got off the plane until the time I got back on it ... I hear there is even a picture of me on the wall of a bar with a subtitle of Loco Gringo. The pose and people in the picture is not to be mentioned...
I will try to behave myself but in the event that my wimpy American Alcohol tolerance is not adequate ... Just roll me into a comfortable corner. I will be ok in a few hours
Who says building a border wall won't work?!? The Chinese built one over 2000 years ago and they STILL don't have any Mexicans ...

Maybe I should bring a whack of Canadian beer for Daytona and you can practice on a beer with some alcohol content for a couple months???

We are both headed to Germany June 18th arriving the 19th (Friday) and we are both leaving Frankfurt July 6 ( Monday)
- Details of flight -
The only other plans that I know of that are solid is our trip to Pullman city that I am told will be Monday. I am toying with the idea of ... landing> train> bike> Denmark> Heidelberg to meet up then go to Pullman city. After that we may go to visit with Martin or who knows what.
Of course Nothing is written in stone and I go with the flow and adapt easily so if a better idea comes up ...
I would suggest, You come to Switzerland on the 19th or the 20th. We would tour Switzerland together and leave for Pullman City on Monday, June 22nd.
After the rally head towards North, Denmark and on the way back pass Hamburg with that miniature train exhibition.
Thisway you don't have to zigzag around Europe...

I thought maybe one or 2 more guys from the US or Canada may have jumped on our "Bucket List" trip. Who knows...maybe someone still will but if not then Dennis and I will have a trip of a life time, entertaining ourselves and meeting and spending time with our European friends.
Maybe next time the UK???
I am so blessed to be in a position where this is actually unfolding for me.
Can someone tell me the actual event days for Pullman City?

We will need reasonable airfare, passports and pet sitter.
Ha ha Yes Canuck - she is definately on our pet sitter list plus I have another friend that also helps out while we are gone. So looks like we are down to 2 obstacles. Quick check of flights and looks like $1500 round trip is going rate. Planning on going to post office for passports this week. I already have the paperwork filled out.
Now now lets get Don on the band wagon.
WOOHOOO! Flights are booked! This will be an extra special trip because June is our 30th anniversary. We have only been out of the country several times on a few cruises to Mexico, Carribian, etc. Hopefully our American drinking skills are up to German standards
sehen uns bald! (See you all soon)
