Daytona Bike Week roll call

Just wanted to inquire as to who is planning on attending this year, looking forward to meeting old and new friends, and spending good times together. At the time of this posting, there is not a definitive list of events. I will post those in the event forum when they become available.

Also, can you add an avatar?. When the site moved to a new server last year,
many avatars were lost.

- click on "user control panel" at the top of the forum
- click "profile" on left side of page
- click "edit avatar", upload photo from your computer.

Also, you can ad a signature text, photo, weather sticker or other info as well.
Let me know if you have any issues uploading.

I will be there March 9 - 16 . Had to stay in Orlando again, but have done it before. Only place I could get a timeshare exchange this late. I will start earlier next year. I will bring my bike and trike. I plan to leave them at Billy's and run back and forth to Orlando. I hope to have "company" this year. More on that later as it finalizes. Can't wait to see all you folks again.

Harold, be sure to stop by Stan's at the Int'l Speedway between the 12th & 16th. That's when both Gary and I will be there. We hang at V8Choppers using it as our base of operations .

Will do Els, see you at Stan's each day. Wet Willey saw a sticker over a scratch on my bike and wanted to know what it was. I told him that was my squadron patch from fighters .... RF-101 Voodoo. He said we have to put that on the bike. He airbrushed it on the seat pan. If you look close at the paint on my trike. The candy brandywine graphic embedded in the candy red is that same voodoo mask on the back of the trike and also on the tank (with a big V8 in the middle of it). Willey is something else!

Harold, a big fan of the Voodoo. B,C, F, G, or H model? Very cool that Willey incorporated that mask into the trike. Can't wait to see it up close and personal.

Too much ice, snow, and cold to ride the 2 wheeler here right now but I'll be flying the Eagle (Aviat) tomorrow and Monday with the break in weather. It's no F-101 but you can pull 6g's and pretend

I flew all of those at one time or another. Started with the C on active duty went back to the G and H in the guard. We kept B and F models for check out and Ferry jobs. Ended in the C in 1976. 1977-1986 flew the KC - 135 A and later E model with fan jets. 1987- 1991 flew C -130's in the school at Little Rock AFB AGR Instructor/Evaluator Pilot. The Voodoo was my love of it all! The most fun I ever had with my clothes on! Well ..... till the V8 Choppers.
