The best option is to cut neck and reweld with desired rake. You’ll need to install longer fork tubes too.
The neck is probably cast iron, so you’ll need to make sure that your welder knows how to properly preheat and weld cast iron reliably.
You can call American Suspension to purchase longer tubes and instructions.

Another option possibly might be the factory in Dyersburg. They are raking front ends now, they will sell you a new raked front end if you give them your existing front end. They’ll probably even swap it out for you.

The units that have been for sale with the factory +7 degree rake, the frame has been cut. As of a month ago, new triple trees have been ordered. They had a trial set in a coup at Sturgis for people to try. All but 2 people liked them, and wanted to know when they could get them. So they've been ordered. Better call the factory and get in line.
