Need a BH 2 speed tranny

Does anyone have a Boss Hoss bike 2 speed transmission lying around that I can borrow for one month or purchase? Doesn't matter if it is completely fucked, disassembled in a box, or in perfect condition.
If it is a fucked tranny loaner, I will return it to you repaired assuming that it is repairable.
A performance trans builder that has been around for decades wants to see if he can build a bullet-proof, direct fit tranny replacement.

Rick,

I believe Swiss V 8 has one sitting
in pieces across the pond. If you
can get him to ship it to you, it might
be worth BOTH your whiles.

Bill is right, I have a disassembled model A tranny.
The point is, it's not at my place. And as I said, it's a model A, therefore not my first joice to copy from...

If you still are interested, it did cost me 1000$ to ship it to Switzerland, not counting the costs for the box.

I was under the impression that Germany BH performed all tranny repairs for Europe, that they were factory trained and authorized to repair, able to get all parts; otherwise you'd have to ship them to Nesco in the USA, now Nesco is out.

I think he's saying that he wanted to repair it himself, with help from BH Cologne, but they wouldn't cooperate. I guess I can't blame them

That's it more or less.

I don't know what's up with the tranny in the moment. It might still be in pieces.
I found some teeth and parts of the crushed reverse-belt when it broke. First gear did still work to bring me home but second was only noise, nothing else

I forgot to update this post:
A tranny has been sourced, a broke-dick tranny that will get repaired; I'll not name the bro, he can chime in if he chooses.
Hopefully, fingers crossed, a completely new drop-in replacement transmission design will be developed to replace the existing tranny; will know soon enough.
In this modern age with computer modeling, laser profiling, etc etc anything, almost anything is possible.
It might require the use of a shorty bellhousing to give a few more inches of space towards a larger tranny; I don't know, but if it can be done, this outfit can do it.

That sounds promissing!
I hope my BB tranny will last long enough...
