Website blocked by company IT due to category "Web Chat"

This V8 Bikers site is blocked when I'm overseas at work, the following message is the reason "This Websense category is filtered: Web Chat. "

Can this site category be changed? Maybe technical resourcing or something similar??

The other V8 site is not blocked; I prefer this site by far, please change category.

Hi Rick - sorry you are having trouble logging on when you are overseas but glad to hear you prefer this site I will look into it in the morning and hopefully get this resolved for you and any other members that are having this issue.

That's interesting.

For me it works the other way round.
This site is open all day long, and the other US site is open between 12:00 and 13:00 and 17:00 and 08:00.
If I need some distraction at work I jump in here...

Hi Rick - I just contacted Websense. This is a company that monitors websites for internet providers. I requested they remove my site from their "blocked" list. This might take up to 48 hours, if approved. They also recommended that you contact your internet provider to request the removal personally, as well. Keep me posted.

Wahooo! I can access this site from work in Kazakhstan out in the middle of the Caspian Sea!!
It took some doing by Bill and my IT dept; I didn't think my IT security dept would help, guess they're not all dicks.
