Sherry44;293586]Thank you all for your kind words and your prayers. Today was a much better day than yesterday. ;) He is still in CCU, but is recovering nicely. It's going to take some time for him to build his strength back.

Clint did see some of the comments here, but not the ones posted later on. His words were something like "that's a special group of friends there", as he was reading. The hospital didn't enforce the no visitor rule today and he had several. He was exhausted tonight. The nurses wouldn't leave him alone, either. You know how it goes, as soon as he fell asleep, they came in and woke him up! So he never made it back to the iPad after this morning.

There is a chance that he will be dismissed tomorrow. They're monitoring him closely now, and will make the decision in the morning. He is bored and ready to come home. That's a good sign that he's doing pretty good. I took his phone to him today, but I brought it home again tonight. He'll get the hang of listening to me one of these days. Maybe.

I just read a post from Clint on the other site that he is home and recovering. He was very fortunate to be in the hospital when the cardiac arrest happened. His doctor called it a "widow maker". Welcome home Clint - keep us posted on your progress.
