Just signed up yesterday. Thought I would say hello to everyone. Hope to see those I met in Ok. last may. I have not seen Regis yet,but am happy to see Tom,Elliot,Dave and the others.

Hi Mike and Welcome!
Glad to see you here and will hopefully see you in Oklahoma this May. Seems like a bunch of folks really enjoyed their time there. I sure did.
As you can see, all kinds of "stuff" happening on this board. Great place to stay connected to the V8 community. If needed, let Wild Man help you get a pic or two up (Avatar) up and see where you're located. The Pirate (Aussie Rob) gets pissed without being able to see pictures.

the term 'pissed' has a slightly different meaning where i come from;
Term | Meaning
GETS PISSED = GETS DRUNK
SUCKS PISS = DRINKING BEER ENTHUSIASTICALLY
NEEDS A PISS = AFTER MANY BEERS
PISSES OFF = GO HOME FROM PUB
GETS PISSED OFF = WIFE AFTER ANY OR ALL OF THE ABOVE
So if you were implying that i often GET DRUNK and am unable to see pictures or even go home afterwards, you'd be correct.

I have an Aussie buddy, and she suggested a couple of more.
COLD PISS: Cold beer
ON THE PISS: Drinks lots of beer often
BLUE: A fight or Argument from your wife, or her behavior if you are ON THE PISS.

Many of their terms are used in Canada... haven't heard many of them in the States though.
