We did a chicken in the Dutch oven at the campground at Laguna Seca. No turkey, since it was just the three of us, Me, Wifey and grand daughter. I coated it with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and rosemary. A couple of rosemary sprigs under the wings and some carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Ten briquettes under the pot and twelve on top. In an hour, or so, we had this. We also had mashed potatoes, yams, green salad and California rolls. Pretty good feast
