You are right Ponch! I am riding out tomorrow early morning headed East to the Black Diamond Rally in the Poconos. I wish I was going to be on the Chopper but the K1600GT is pulling duty this weekend. It's all about luggage capacity

Don , I would have thought your trike would carry as much or more than your K1600 . Apparently your trike doesn't have a trunk like the touring trike .

Sorry for the delay, just got back home ... almost 1,500 miles in three days

I have the Hot Rod Trike, no trunk like the Touring Model. I do have space under the passenger seat that carry a small amount "things". I also bought a nice leather bag for the backrest but I'm leary about mounting it without thinking things through completely ... I don't want to wreck the chrome on the backrest! I was going to put painters tape (the blue stuff) on the chrome bars and then strap the bag down ...

The only good thing about taking the K1600 is I saved over $500 in fuel cost compared to what I would have used with the V8!! But it wasn't near as fun.
