Argh ... that is going to leave a mark :anvil:

He might have been ok with the "backflip" but the entire wheel/tire assembly across his back at the end ... :dizzy: OUCH!

Long Beach MC Show

Anybody make it to the Long Beach Show this past weekend? I'm hoping to make the show somewhere this year. I think NY City is next stop but not worth the hassle to get in there! Maybe I can do Cleveland but that's not till the end of Jan. Been looking at an enduro machines and Husaberg is now merged...

Re: rear brake light adjustment

Bill -

The part number for switch is SL134 (Napa). They're cheap ... I paid $11.34 with tax!

Maybe Jack will jump in here, I remember he changed his pressure switch to an electrical setup ... I think it was a Honda setup but don't remember exactly. I think it worked real well for him.

Re: rear brake light adjustment

Bill - BH uses a pressure type rear brake light switch. There is no adjustment that can be made. If it is working with heavy pressure I would guess either it is starting to go bad or maybe you have some air in the line? I know you were talking about bleeding brakes in another post ... or I think you...

Jack -

When building my Boss stroker the AL block weighed 95# and I believe the cast block was barely shy of 200# ... I don't remember the exact weight.

Re: So Where would I find a set of these?

Not sure I would find a use for this, couple reasons why. First off I like to have my weapon on my person ... I can't see a situation where I could ask the "bad guy" to hang on, let me pull over and stop then giive me another 10 seconds to retrieve my weapon (sure can't access while riding...

Re: Aluminum VS Cast Iron, Engine Blocks,,,,

My personal opinion on AL block engines is while they look awesome they require more cleaning and polishing as Bill mentioned to keep them looking good too! They are lighter weight wise, while I have not owned one in a bike I have ridden a couple bikes with AL blocks ... noticeable difference in wei...

Ricky is doing good, saw him and had dinner a couple times while I was down in October. He is a land surveyor and was doing a couple jobs in the Daytona area. He was in town the week after Octoberfest. Ricky did sell his Chopper last year with Stan's help. He doesn't have a bike right now but I know...

Jeff - Very nice ... I wish I could weld like that! My welds are plenty strong but they're ugly ... booger welds! I'd like to see some pics of the front tank and the hidden compartment too. Re: Electrical problem

Thanks for the info Don. I noticed that the EB has 8 fuses. I see the screws to connect the wires to the other side but not where the fuses slide in? If I go with Blue seas I would want the 5029. Is there any way you can find out which P/N yours is? Mine currently has the Bussman and has 10-12 fuse...
