Boss Hoss for really small people

:gaysmiley: Got ya there! Did you know these rare Boss Hoss Diecast models have a battery in them that can actually make a startup and running sound with a light? See attached video. You probably have to change the battery every 2500 miles when you wipe the grease off the bike from your friends want...

You can always ask to look at the VIN plate. Should have a build date. That should sort things out. No VIN, no registration ability!

Re: Valve cover oil cap for 1 3/4 in

I dont think excessive speed. Maybe crankcase pressure running uphill, or just a poor fitting cap and hitting a bump. A cardboard cutout and duct tape got the rider home though

Valve cover oil cap for 1 3/4 in

ZZ502 rider blew off oil cap. Any ideas where to get one or an adapter to fit an ID 1 3/4 inch hole in Valve cover?

Re: Starter Relay

I replaced the starter relay on my 2004 too. I messed up the replacement because you cant let any of those terminals get loose on the inside. Ensure you only loosen the outer nuts not the inner ones.

Re: Recommended Alternator for ZZ4?

I run a 140amp Summit Alternator as I run a lot of lights and stuff. 100amp is plenty. I also put the serpentine kit from the factory and the upgraded bracket as back in the day we had bracket issues. There is an alt shop in town that will do a recondition for $99, but havent done that for several y...

Re: POLL for all big block owners!

The 502 is like a battleship vs a 57 ft fast yacht...It has presence. You just show up, dont have to do shit. Just because its outrageous. I rode with Tom Chadwell a bit and rode his bike. He just rolled up to the stop light and grinned at people. He loved blowing by me on freeway on ramps and his b...
