Bill noticed the battery was over 3 Years old and wants to replace it- do you replace it because of age or wait till you have an issue? Bill's reasoning is that batteries sometimes don't give warning signs of going bad so better safe than sorry - opinions??

There is an issue with some v8Choppers where the wires get chaffed coming from the fan and blow the fan fuse allowing the radiator to over heat and antifreeze to spill out of overflow. I would check your fan fuse and if it is blown then check the wires.

Bill's organ donor has bike has a 285 polished car tire rim I beleive it is called the peacock design, it matches the rotors and pulley but Bill wants/prefers the motorcycle tire and a 300 would be nice but what are the chances that your customer wants a car tire rim and his rim is aluminum peacock ...

Barry- What does the rim look like? Is it chrome or polish?
