Rust treatment

Post by CanuckHoss »

I had a couple small places on my block of the red trike in Florida that were rusting, back of the block near the heads... and the rad brackets at the bottom. Also the underside of the floorboards. Tried finding the ACF-50 recommended before with no luck the last day I was there so I thought I would give this a go that I found at O'Reillys or Autozone.

Parked the trike in storage Tuesday evening....let it cool and sprayed the block parts and the lower supports and the underside of the boards..

The rust on the block seemed to disappear almost immediately as the product fizzed away...gave another shot 5 minutes later.

Anxious to go back in March and see the results.

Rust Seal. Paint everything on the bike with it.
