Does anyone know if the 2000 3/8" thick rear rotor with a Wilwood caliper is made specifically for the Boss Hoss or is the rotor kinda standard .

Thanks , Jack

That would be a good question for Marv.

I wouldn't mind replacing my rear rotor but Boss Hoss wants $212.00 for a new one . Too rich for my pocket .
If I still ran the machine shop I'd make a nice stainless steel rear rotor .

Jack, I can understand the money tree thing..But, If you need a new rear rotor, You might consider the new rear brake upgrade from Boss Hoss..Yes, I know it will cost. But the additional braking power would be worth the expense...I'm hoping to do mine next winter..Just an idea.

Randy and Jack; With that big ugly Rotor and Caliper my bike will now stop on a Quarter, but not a Dime. It's the best up grade I have made on my 09 LS3 that now has over 55,000 miles on it. I have about 15,000 miles on the bike with the new brakes and the pads are over 3/4 still good.

I like the idea of a rear hand brake along with the rear foot brake .I'm in the process of fabricating a dual rear caliper bracket to run 2 , Wilwood 4 piston calipers . The top caliper will be the hand brake and the bottom caliper will be the foot brake . Should have it done in a couple of weeks and will post pictures and a report on how it works. Guesstimate cost should be less than $500.00 total .
