Behold, the Suck-O-Matic 3000 vacuum pump.
I have 3 or 4 of these GM airshock compressors on the shelf. I grabbed one of them and had a look at it. After amputating some unneeded protrusions and dodads and with some copper and rubber tube, a pair of clips from an old tach/dwell meter and a jelly jar this is what I came up with.
The rubber line attaches to the bleeder nipple. Hook up the power leads and crack the bleeder. The fluid runs unto the jar. Close the bleeder and disconnect the power. Bada Bing.
The best part. Total cost, $0.00, so I won't have to sell any blood this week
