So it must have been a fuse connected to the ignition or ignition switch ??

Hey still haveing starting issues an now no high idle after bike sits overnight turns over no start replaced fuel filter an installed psi gauge after filter
Does not register psi o when key turned on then cycle key 2-5 times it has psi an starts have to hold throttle open a tad till warmed up then it idles then after warmed up will start an run great all day
Bike has been in no rain an no moisture just difficult in first try to start making me nuts have been to dealer a few times still not right

When everything went digital, the number of people who could diagnose problems, online, decreased in a geometric progression. That's why I will keep my early Dodge Cummins and my carbureted BH. At least I stand a good chance that I can fix them.
Does everything else work when you turn the key on? If the switch is bad, I would think that nothing would work, like the pumps, lights etc. Same with the master relay. If it is bad, nothing will work.

Just off phone with factory after a few tests an discussions looks like bad fuel pump new one on way tomorrow hope it fixes this makes a little sense that it clicks but not run when cold till it warms up then pump is loose enough to run might be why it blew fuze awhile back

Sure hope this is fix

I Think most of the problems some of us have had with our fuel pumps is where they're located they don't get enough cooling air. I recently installed a new Holly Red along with I installed a 5" dia 320 CFM fan mounted in a location so it blows air directly on the fuel pump . I've had no problems since and I've felt the pump after a long ride in the heat and the pump is cool . Before the fan the pump would be warm .

Thanks Jack agree needs to stay cool mine is along side frame rail on left side not much heat as cooling in rear compared to my 2001 but fan idea may help it will look into setup of one Thanks good idea as pump is a lot more than holly red
