Delaware sure has it. My BH trike, 03 Chevy P/U
and my 96 Freightliner dump truck all have to go
through the inspection lanes. There are 3 stations
in the state with 3 counties. You can tag most
cars and bikes for 1 or 2 year. Newer cars for 4 years.
Way back when, all tags ended every quarter.
Everyone would wait to the end of the 1/4
to go through inspection and the lines were long.
Then they went to monthly and now it's daily.
