Bikes, Blues and BBQ

Post by SRF »

I didn't have such great luck at the Boss Hoss National Rally going home with a broken transmission case. I already had plans the following weekend for a quick trip to Fayetteville Arkansas for the Bikes Blues and BBQ rally. Cleaned the dust off of my Harley and started on the trip with a coworker who rides a yellow sportbike so I would not lose the Harley in the crowded parking lots. Found Stan setting up his V8 Choppers for display talked to him a short time, but wasn't long until he was very busy talking to potential customers. So I rode on to check out the rally, found several V8's around town but didn't see any of the owners. Watched a stunt show and parade before riding back home.

Just started working on it tonight. If all goes well I will have it back on the road next weekend. Depending on how much I have done by then will either get it done or may have to go ride my Harley again with a friend that just bought a M109R.

I don't even know if I have all the pieces to the case, it is getting a new transmission.
