DAVE AN V8 1.PNG
Today I rode the V8 Chopper a BBQ. I've owned it now for 9 years. I've owned my Boss for 10 years. It amazes me to have any motorcycle for so many years and like it as much or even more than the day you got it. Our two V8 bikes are
both stock 400 horsepower ZZ4 bikes, not so much in the V8 world but more than adequate for a rush. I'll be 76 in a few weeks and there aren't to many bikers my age riding four hundred horsepower two wheel motorcycles. Both of the bikes just run year after year without any problems, they don't even have a leak. I do the maintenance myself, its part of the fun. I want o thank John Calin for leading down this path and Tom Chadwell for helping me dial them in and answering lots of questions during the years and the old V8 website that Adrian ran as it was a ton of info back eight or nine years ago for Boss Hoss guys to modify little things that has kept the Boss reliable for so many years. The above pictures are from today.
