The other V8 Site

I just tried to go on the other V8 site and it can't be accessed. Does anyone know if it is just broken or is it gone forever?

Awhile back, they had a mandatory password change. Are you using your new password or the old one?

Well it seems to be working now so I must have caught it during maintenance. I don't go there much anymore so I thought maybe it was closed.
