V8 in Mountains-IMPT. UPDATE

Billy wanted the new rate info posted, it is significantly lower than the rates initially given to the V8 group. There are a limited number of rooms so let's make those reservations.


The Ramada Inn South has gave us group rates for May 14th, 15th,16th, and 17th. When you call mention that you are with the V8 Bike Riders group. They will hold our rooms to March 13th then they go back to hotel inventory.

Ramada is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge and is on the main parkway. In the parking lot you’ll find Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Cracker Barrel Breakfast consist of biscuits and gravy, bake your own waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, etc.
The room consists of two queen beds with pillow top mattresses, small refrigerator and coffee maker.
The weekday rate is $44.00 (Sunday thru Thursday) and the Friday and Saturday rate is $51.00. Sleeps
(4) People.

Let's get those reservation in folks, this will be a great event. Billy has spend considerable time, effort and money putting this together so everyone will have an enjoyable time; we have a number of folks already registered (including Harold and his Ford) but would like to have more. From what I understand, there will not be any organized riding events planned but folks can do and ride where they want. About the only planned event(s) will be back at the motel parking lot at the end of the day, a social gathering.
