Re: Condoms - Are They Really Necessary?
About 10 years ago or so I sent all my gages to Autometer and had them replace the domes lens with flat glass lens and have never had a cracked lens since or fogging .

Re: Check your throttle cable!!!
I think it is Barnett that sells what they call a custom throttle cable that doesn't have the bend . It comes straight out of the throttle housing , has a straight adjuster and is straight all the way to the carb . Only problem is I've only seen it in black but my cables are all black so that will b...

Spal Replacement Fan Shroud Gaskets IX-30130074 Gerry , I installed the fan surround on my 14 " fan . Had to cut 4 sections out of the 16" surround to make it fit my the 14" fan but it came out perfect and fits like a glove . I can see where this should be a great improvement in the ...

Re: 502 Intake manifold question
I was told it was to improve warmer coolant flow from the rear of the engine and heads. I didn't care for the extra bulk of lines cluttering up that area of the engine. But, before I removed them I consulted with numerous engine builders and Boss Hoss dealers who said they weren't needed and remove...

Re: Ignition Upgrade
I guess it depends on how much you want to spend to gain a little seat of the pants performance feel .I'd make sure your bike is tuned perfectly first and then see if a new ignition change performance . If you see a big difference I may do the same to mine .
Re: Monte
There seem to be a lot of European Boss Hoss bikes and I'm sure there have been transmission problems . Who repairs their transmissions and where do the get their parts ?
