I am neither special or smart for that matter.But about 1 1/2-2 years ago I saw trans parts, cases etc. of the "new" trans. at Mountains shop..looked to be beefier than the nesco..But I'm not familiar with nesco innerds. But was asked not to say anything as it was very early in development...

Since I always enjoy stirring the shit a little I will ask if you guys know that NESCO no longer supplies or builds transmissions for Boss Hoss. Boss Hoss to my knowledge is supposed to be looking to have the parts or a complete transmission made by someone else. I heard before the Paris rally last...

The tank is vented..You do not need or want vented caps. I put on kuryakin caps and plugged ALL vent holes..Also does the fuel level have any effect on pushing fuel from tank? I know on a bike I cant fill above about 1" below filler neck because when bike is brought off side stand it will push ...

You mentioned a line near bell housing that you weren't sure of..On my bike it has a gas tank vent line coming from a hole inside the neck of the right tank that is routed just to the rear of transmission..I assume the trikes have a similar routed vent.I would think gas should come out there instead...

Man, The Terminator pic from 2000 looks amazing. I like the bobbed rear fender and no side covers. One of the nicest BH's I've seen...Cant wait to see what you create..Damn nice piece to start with..

The fuel tank looks different to me, they look thinner than the tanks on my old 97.

Barry, I have ridden with Perv a couple times and I can promise you he would Never ever ride your trike any harder than he rides his own...Hope this helps you feel better! Hope your plans come together..

The only reason I posted not to say anything was the fact that "hoss rider" with all his 187 posts...Couldn't buy a boss hoss..And instead bought one of the ugliest motorcycles on earth...I didn't want to hurt anyones feelings...
