Can you guys verify the stock stall speed for the Nesco torque converters? I remember the # 5 at or near 2,100 and the #7 at 3,000 to 3,500 but would like to verify these are correct figures for a friend. Darryl, that news sucks. If there was anyway possible with your work schedule I would be pulling the transmission this weekend and getting it shipped out so it would be ready for reassembly when you get home.

Yep, I am with you on that 5.8=351

My reservations are made, was going to arrive Thursday evening, but figured with the rally starting Friday I would miss too much only being a day early so I will be there Wednesday evening instead.

David is scheduled to meet with the Casino tomorrow so we should be getting more details then. I believe the number is somewhere around 80 bike expected currently. He is planning to block 88 rooms for us to stay and considering trying to get some space at some other close motels also.

Shane, He must have some bling giving him 30 more hp than mine than. It's possible as David's first DART had 500 hp but more torque. The cam specs or intake can do a +/- either way that much hp. Looks great, I think the I prefer the new tank. Although the one on the bike now looks more complicated to build and unique. So you can just switch back and forth when ever you get bored.

New site seems hard to keep track of new posts. If you don't put lots of effort forth could easily miss some posts. Hopefully we can learn the tricks and understand it. Jack, Shane replaced his fuel pump and filter. It gave him some trouble at La Crosse and did it again at Paris, so he replaced it. He's a lot like you, if something isn't exactly right, it will be! As Harold said my bike gave me problems twice in La Crosse didn't want to run after 2 different stops...
