Re: LS 470 for Berzerker
Mast message to me; This thing sounds BAD ASS! We made just over 737hp and 605tq through a 90mm throttle! The engine has much more in it but it needs a bigger throttle and better intake which You will be adding! Sweet! I have a shiny, new Wilson 105mm waiting at home for it. I will have Beck Racing ...

Re: LS 470 for Berzerker
It's been a long time since I ordered the engine in mid-December, but it's FINALLY together and headed to the dyno in a few days. The long delay was due to the 4 mon. lead time on billet crank and rods and Mast failing to send the heads off for polishing. The intake / throttle body and the rocker co...

Cross-over line and petcock valve eliminated
I fabricated this 1" bar across the the rear of my tank that replaces the f@#$ng cross-over line. Notice that all other ports are plugged, eliminated. The fuel supply and return is via Jiffy-Tite valved quick disconnects; this set-up is the bomb. No longer need to drain the tank to service the ...

Re: Texas Hill Country Ride, support troops, wounded warrior
Just got home from Bandara, Texas; wow, I'm going back!! That was my first trip to Texas hill country; I like it better than the Black Hills.
We raised alot of money for our troops and wounded warriors and I made some new friends.

Re: Raked frame vs Kewlmetal trees
I have the KM's, kinda like em, but wish I had it raked instead.
Can't access the spring load tension without a major production.
Add alot of extra weight, 40lbs or so.
Cost is much cheaper to rake versus buying a KM.

V8 Chopper Dealers??
Does V8 Choppers have any official dealers? Their website doesn't indicate any dealers.
Is Stan wanting to have official dealers?

Re: LS 470 for Berzerker
Couldn't help but notice the 8.27 AFR on the right bank
of the old engine dyno pull.
Talk about pig fat....
![lol ](./images/smilies/th_lol.gif)
I doubt that 8.27 afr is legit as it is consistent from beginning to end of dyno pull. I honestly don't know why and never asked them about that AFR.

Re: LS 470 for Berzerker
The dyno sheet is from a Mast Motorsports LS-466 on pump gas, Hillborn fuel injection, and Mozez heads. My engine will not have the Mozez heads as it requires a tall, vertical sheet metal intake manifold; the Mozez heads are full blown racing heads. My heads will be the LS-7 305cc and will not make ...

Re: Could've been UGLY!!
It broke flush, exactly at the location/gap where the bars connect to the riser.Did the bolt break off in the bars? What did the other side look like, any bending or stretching by looking at it?

Could've been UGLY!!
I went riding today but didn't ride crazy fast like usual, was just chilling enjoying the mild weather and the ride. I stopped at a friends business for a quick visit and as leaving I pulled onto the street it happened! The bolt holding one of my risers to the triple tree gave-up, sheered in half le...

LS 470 for Berzerker
Just ordered this engine for Berzerker from Mast Motorsports and expect engine to be ready in February, then off to have custom sheet metal intake built, then re-wire the bike. Berzerker went through 3 engines for a grand total of 1852 miles with engine #3 seizing. Mast only manufactures and builds ...
