Another option is to just make it back into a bike again and sell the trike stuff to someone else!

So it is not a worn out cam? Did you replace the cam? Does it use a regular chevy mechanical fuel pump like can be bought at AutoZone? I have used a Holley for 8 years with no problems and a mechanical one on the V8 Chopper for 5 years with no trouble. My Chopper came with no fuel pump back in 2008....

Whats wrong with ordering a new Boss Hoss? He could always get a Vanquish. He only has 3 choices for a new one. Its never easy to open the wallet but thats all that separates the dreamers from the owners.
